Hengjaya Mineralindo received the Best Community Award for the Metana Bumi (Sustainable Agriculture) program at The Global CSR & ESG Summit and Awards 2025 held by The Pinnacle Group International at Mai House Saigon Hotel, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, in 2025. This award recognizes the company's social responsibility and sustainability practices. The Global CSR & ESG Summit and Awards 2025 is one of Asia's prestigious awards highlighting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Norma 100 The Ministry of Manpower 2025

In 2025, Hengjaya Mineralindo successfully achieved a very high level of compliance regarding implementing the web-based labor regulation assessment, Norma 100, organized by the Director General of Labor Monitoring and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and the Director of Labor Regulation Compliance Assessment.

Green PROPER 2024

The Indonesian Ministry of Environment awarded Hengjaya Mineralindo the Green PROPER (beyond compliance) for the third consecutive year since 2022. Hengjaya became the sole entity from Morowali and the only mining company from Central Sulawesi to achieve this rank.

The Green Proper rating is a testament to Hengjaya Mine's unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible mining practices. This achievement highlights the company's continuous efforts to minimise environmental impact, enhance resource efficiency, and promote sustainable development within the mining sector.
