PT. Hengjaya Mineralindo is committed to minimizing the operational impact on the environment by implementing Good Mining Practice (GMP) principles supported by an Environmental Management System based on ISO 14001:2015.
We manage the impacts of mining operations, including emissions, hydrocarbon waste, wastewater, and land rehabilitation (Reclamation & Revegetation), as well as enhancing innovation for sustainable environmental management.
PT. Hengjaya Mineralindo also regularly conducts evaluations and monitoring of biodiversity, both in reclamation areas and natural forests within the Company's IUP OP scope.
The Company is also committed to biodiversity conservation by designating approximately 198 hectares as a high biodiversity value conservation area.
