Responsibilities
- Analyzing samples according to laboratory standards and procedures
- Recording and storing data from laboratory tests
- Writing reports on the results of sample analyses
- Checking the availability of materials needed for testing
- Checking that laboratory equipment is ready before testing
- Maintaining laboratory equipment
- Ensuring that XRF has the correct accuracy and precision
- Creating documents to archive XRF analysis results
- Creating Certificates of Analysis (COA) and being responsible for the numbers in them
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemistry engineering, and related field
- Knowledge of GCMS and Spectrometer
- Experience with nickel ore sampling and preparation processes
- Skills in SOP development, problem-solving, and team training
- Commitment to operational excellence and industry compliance
