Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering and related field. Advanced degrees or certifications may be an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of plant operations and maintenance best practices
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools
- Experience in developing and managing maintenance systems
- Experience in managing maintenance budgets
- Experience in leading maintenance teams
